Primary purposes:


Dereum Labs will treat your personal data for the following primary and necessary purposes:

Properly provides the contracted services signed by you and to carry out all the necessary activities to comply with our legal and business relationship.
Manages the products and / or services requested.
Attends to the query requests sent.
To contact you and follow up on the product and / or service ordered.

ARCO Rights:


We inform you that you have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment of your personal data at all times, as well as to revoke the consent you have given us. For this, it is necessary to contact our Privacy Officer, at the e- mail address data.privacy@dereum.mx, which has been appointed to meet the requests of the holders/ buyers for the exercise of their rights, as well as to promote and ensure the protection of personal data that we have in our possession.

To exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (henceforth "ARCO Rights"), you must submit the respective request through an e-mail addressed to our Privacy Officer, at the address data.privacy@dereum.mx.

Your request must include the following:

The name of the owner/holder and address or other means to communicate the response to your request;
The documents that prove your identity or, when appropriate, the legal representation of the owner/holder;
The clear and precise description of the personal data regarding to which it seeks to exercise some of the rights, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

In the event that the information provided is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents do not coincide, the Committee, within five (5) business days of receipt of the request, may require you to provide the elements or documents necessary to treat it. You will have ten (10) business days to attend to the request, counted from the day after the day you received it. If no response is given within this period, the corresponding request will be deemed not filed.

The Committee will communicate the decision adopted, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days, counted from the date the request was received, if appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen (15) business days after the response is communicated. The answer will be given electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Request.

Mechanisms and procedure to revoke your consent:


In the terms of the applicable legislation, you can revoke the consent that you have given us. However, it is important to note that your request will not be applicable in all cases, since it is possible that due to some legal obligations, we require to continue treating your personal data.
